Amanda Midence is a Holistic Health Coach, who wrote a book based on her own experience of how she came & grew in to finding her beautiful self. It is a very inspiring story, and the first of a series of three. Because it is a book the talks about a self-growth and evolution, part of the visual concept was to create illustrations that grow within every chapter.

HandLettering & Pattern Design
One of my favourite parts of the illustration service was to develop the hand lettering for the numeration, which as you can see responds to visual concept of self growth; therefor little plants & flowers grow from each glyph. The creation of the pattern is an important part of the personality of the book as well, since it brings you inside of the “Broccoli” — which was used for the Cover, some Inside Pages & Slipcase Design. Both Glyph Numbers & Pattern are watercolor over cotton paper.
